The 12 MeV proton ION-12(sc) cyclotron was built by Ionetix, and is currently located in the Vault Lab. It can produce an internal proton H+ beam of up to ~ 50 uA. The beam is continuous wave (CW). The standard target consists of cooled water, but can be switched to a number of solid targets.
